Brooks v. Robert Larson Toyota:
Represented dealership against claims of sexual harassment, gender discrimination, retaliation and negligent supervision and retention. Moved for partial summary judgment on all claims except sexual harassment claim and motion was granted in its entirety. Defense verdict rendered on sexual harassment claim.
Grounds v. Nordstrom:
Represented company against claim of sexual orientation discrimination. Jury found in favor of our client.
Karen Holden v. Heath Tecna/Ciba Geigy Corporation:
Represented company against claim of sexual harassment. Jury found in favor of our client.
Goehle v. Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center:
Represented the Cancer Research Center against claims of age and national origin discrimination. Jury found in favor of our client. Verdict upheld on appeal.
Wilcox et al v. McDonalds:
Represented company in a multi-plaintiff case alleging civil rights violations and discrimination. Defense verdict.
Valmari Frank v. Robert Larson Chrysler-Plymouth:
Represented the dealership against claims of gender harassment and discrimination; disability discrimination and harassment; and retaliation. The Arbitrator found in favor of our client and granted a defense verdict.
Ralph Mathers v. Tesoro, et al.:
Represented Employer in trial involving alleged disabling injuries. Defense verdict rendered after lengthy bench trial.
Faustino v. Ducky's Inc:
Represented company against claims of assault and outrage. Jury found in favor of our client.
Dawn Cockle v. Caterpillar, Inc.:
Represented employee against claim of sexual harassment. Jury found in favor of our client.
Hammond v. United Rentals Northwest, Inc.:
Represented defendant in case alleging permanent disability stemming from claimed injuries. Defense verdict.
Barbour v. Dunn Lumber
Represented company in claims of significant personal injury, including brain damage, from a truck-car collision. Liability was admitted. The jury awarded the plaintiff only a fraction of her claimed medical bills for a total verdict less that $25,000.
Bergman v. Snohomish County PUD
Plaintiff Bergman was terminated from her position with the PUD. She sued, claiming wrongful termination. We obtained a defense verdict on behalf of the PUD.
Chen v. City of Medina
Former police chief of the City of Medina sued claiming discrimination and wrongful termination. In 2014, the jury found in favor of our client, the City of Medina.
